Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the program team for onboarding new hires, pre-identified candidates or scale up through employee transition from external suppliersProcessing Extension request, Time submission, Payroll admin and offboardingMailbox management, liaising with suppliers to get the worker time card submitted on timeReview all candidate documents submitted for sufficiency for onboardingAssist with worker registration on VMS tool(Fieldglass / Vndly / Beeline/ Workday) and ensure on time submittal of data to onsite MSP SpecialistManage and maintain basic reporting of on boarded and off boarded candidatesHandholding EW onboarding through scheduled inductions and query resolutionsKey ExpertiseStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to work within a team environmentDetails oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyGood knowledge of using excel and comfortable with salary structure workings.
