What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the Candidate Journey: Schedule and manage complex interviews across multiple time zones for candidates and hiring managers.
- Data Integrity: Maintain precise records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Strategic Support: Assist with reporting, presentations, and the management of job advertisements.
- Process Innovation: Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost team efficiency.
- Information Management: Handle high-volume inbox management and ensure strict adherence to data protection standards.
