the teamAs CFO for Randstad France , you lead the finance function, ensure, co-drive business results and support transformation efforts. You are part of the French Leadership Team and report into our Regional CFO Southern Europe. Your team consists of finance directors and business controllers, as well as experts in the various functions (e.g. control, accounting, tax, fleet & real estate management, procurement, Project management, RPA, payrolling)
how you will contribute- contribute to the overall leadership, direction setting and strategic development of Randstad Group France, as a member of the leadership team
- execute the ‘partner for talent’ strategy in alignment with business goals.
- lead the wider financial function of the Randstad France Group, including responsibility for working environment : general services, real estate, fleets, branch layout policies, as well as the social environment and governance section
- responsible for Business control and supporting the commercial organization by identifying top-line (pricing, service mix, etc.) and bottom-line (opex management) improvement opportunities, providing guidance to forecasting and leading cash flow planning.
- lead the local budgeting and strategic planning processes within the country.
- ensure the delivery of timely, accurate and meaningful financial information and provide finance leadership for France and ensure key business and operational decisions are supported by rigorous financial analysis
- lead France's accounting, tax and financial reporting functions in close collaboration with Randstad Global to ensure an exceptional level of timeliness, accuracy, reliability and risk management
- lead business supporting functions, such as Procurement & Facilities, Internal Controls, Compliance, PMO and Shared Services (payrolling, billing), making sure optimized processes are performed, eventual business risks managed according to company principles and market rules, ensuring internal client satisfaction
- actively participate in the assessment of new M&A opportunities for France, as well as work on the integration, this in close collaboration with the global M&A team
- build a future-fit finance organization with the ability to adapt to emerging trends, deploy scalable solutions accommodating uniform processes and standards and promote a data driven culture.
- own, drive and report on the global and local transformations for the business units in your scope.
- develop and execute a winning talent strategy, building high-performing teams, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and promoting the core values of the company.
- at least 15+ years of finance experience in a leadership role, gained in matrix and international organizations of scale and complexity.
- commercial finance experience, in-depth understanding of top line growth, gross margins and EBITA and knows how to analyze and use the data to business partner with the MD of Randstad Group France.
- worked in Services Companies or customer facing, commercial environments such as FMCG, Retail, Distribution. Understanding our industry is a plus.
- knowledge of lean & process improvement, Project Management & RPA beneficial.
- knowledge of IFRS & French GAAP.
