The Data Initiatives & Optimization Partner plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and process improvement across the Enterprise Data & Analytics Office (EDAO). Working closely with the EDAO CoE Lead, this role contributes to the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of EDAO processes, initiative management standards, and performance tracking frameworks. The Partner acts as a key enabler of transformation - supporting the implementation of optimized, AI-enabled ways of working and ensuring they are adopted effectively across functions. The Partner collaborates with process owners, team leads, and product managers to identify bottlenecks, simplify workflows, and deliver tangible improvements. They champion documentation, training, and communication that strengthen EDAO’s operational excellence, ensuring every process is understood, measured, and continuously optimized.

2. Responsibilities
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement (~35%)
... - Partner with EDAO teams to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and co-design optimized workflows.
- Apply structured frameworks and methodologies to assess value, complexity, and readiness of improvement opportunities.
- Support and document process mapping activities (as-is/to-be) and facilitate workshops to align teams on improvements.
- Collaborate with the Lead to prioritize optimization initiatives and track their progress and measurable impact.
- Integrate automation and AI-enabled enhancements to streamline repetitive or manual workflows.
- Ensure optimized processes are documented, published, and regularly reviewed for accuracy and adoption.
Ways of Working Enablement (~25%)
- Support the creation and management of documentation standards, templates, and process repositories.
- Drive transparency by maintaining initiative tracking tools, dashboards, and process libraries.
- Partner with team leads and stakeholders to establish ownership and accountability for key processes.
- Assist in embedding practices that sustain operational excellence across EDAO.
Training, Communication & Engagement (~20%)
- Design and deliver engaging enablement materials, quick guides, and training sessions that bring new ways of working to life.
- Support communication plans that promote awareness, clarity, and consistency around EDAO processes and optimization initiatives.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine training content and engagement approaches.
- Contribute to internal newsletters, showcases, or learning sessions that highlight success stories and lessons learned.
Performance Measurement & Reporting (~10%)
- Support the definition and tracking of key KPIs that measure adoption, efficiency, and process maturity.
- Maintain dashboards and progress reports that provide visibility to EDAO leadership on optimization activities.
- Track and document outcomes and lessons learned from optimization and transformation initiatives.
Collaboration & Change Enablement (~10%)
- Work closely with the Data Initiatives & Optimization Lead and EDAO functional leaders to ensure alignment on transformation goals.
- Act as a change ambassador, modeling openness, curiosity, and accountability in driving new ways of working.
- Support the facilitation of the EDAO Optimization & Agile Transformation Forum and cross-functional improvement initiatives. Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to build a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Profile
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of experience in process optimization, operational excellence, or business transformation, ideally within data, analytics, or digital environments.
- Proven experience facilitating process mapping, improvement workshops, or continuous improvement programs.
- Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement tools.
- Experience supporting change management and adoption initiatives across global or matrixed teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical or process concepts into clear, accessible language.
- Experience working with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira ,Figma,Monday or equivalents).
