The Data & Product Adoption Lead plays a key role in building Randstad Enterprise’s data culture and driving adoption of EDAO products. The role bridges people, products, and performance - ensuring teams not only use data tools effectively but also develop the confidence and curiosity to apply insights in their daily work. The Data & Product Adoption Lead will operate hands-on across training design and delivery, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking. They will collaborate closely with EDAO team members, product owners, operations leaders, data champions, and other stakeholders to develop global programs, gather feedback, and measure impact. As a trusted enabler, the Data & Product Adoption Lead translates enterprise data strategy into meaningful local action - empowering teams to connect data to client success.
Purpose: Drive and scale initiatives and programs that strengthen Randstad Enterprise’s data culture by enabling confidence, literacy, and adoption of data, products and AI — helping teams understand, trust, and apply insights in their everyday work.
2. Responsibilities
Training Design & Delivery (~45%)
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences for EDAO data products (documentation, e-learning modules, live workshops, use-case sessions).
- Facilitate regional enablement sessions focused on data confidence, storytelling, and client value.
- Collaborate with Data Champions to co-host sessions and build peer learning.
- Continuously improve training materials based on participant feedback and adoption data.
- Collaborate on building AI and automation skilling pathways for future readiness.
- Partner with Learning & Development to integrate data literacy and adoption content into existing leadership, onboarding, and functional curricula.
Product Adoption & Support (~25%)
- Monitor and analyze product usage metrics to identify adoption gaps and opportunities.
- Conduct follow-ups, coaching sessions, or refreshers to increase engagement.
- Partner with EDAO product teams to ensure feedback loops between users and developers.
- Use structured change management approaches to guide adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration (~15%)
- Build strong relationships with regional operation leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the day-to-day engagement and activities of the Data Champions Network
- Localize global initiatives to fit regional priorities and maturity levels.
- Act as the key contact for all data culture and adoption activities in the region.
- Align with cross-functional teams to coordinate messaging and awareness.
- Contribute to the development of the data culture maturity model and use it to assess regional progress, identify gaps, and inform local action plans.
Culture & Mindset Building (~15%)
- Drive initiatives that strengthen data confidence and curiosity across the organization.
- Create and share regional case studies, success stories, and internal communications plan that highlight data and AI impact.
- Promote and support the Data Champions Network as a visible, active community.
- Encourage storytelling with data and foster enthusiasm for innovation and experimentation.
3. Profile
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience); Advanced degree (Master’s) in a relevant field is an advantage but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Learning & development, training design, or capability enablement programs
- Data & analytics adoption, digital transformation, or business intelligence environments
- Stakeholder engagement or program management across multiple regions or functions
- Demonstrated understanding of data literacy, analytics adoption, or digital transformation concepts.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization
- Proven ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
