• Manages the team by, driving high performance through effective coaching and aligning individual goals with key client and organizational objectives
• Leads the launch of recruitment campaigns and employee referral programs to leverage internal networks in finding high demand operational workers
• Ensures the implementation of bias-free recruitment techniques, such as blind resume screening and diverse interview panels, to ensure equal opportunities in hiring permanent and contingent operational workers
• Oversees the development and maintenance of a robust talent pipeline for operational workers, ensuring proactive talent acquisition
• Ensures the development of real-time recruitment dashboards for Enterprise staffing providing leadership with clear actionable insights into hiring progress and challenges
• Leads initiatives to streamline recruitment processes, optimize workflows, and adopt new technologies that enhance recruitment efficiency within the specialization
• Ensures the implementation of data privacy protocols within the specialization to safeguard candidate information and ensure GDPR or other legal complianceGrade Descriptor
• Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own and related disciplines
• Provides leadership and direction to a team / business area of senior level professionals and/or subordinate managers performing multiple and/or diverse and complex disciplines
• Has accountability for budget/P&L, strategy, performance and results of multiple, often diverse, teams; typically managing programs, processes, service delivery and/or activities that represent a significant portion of an area
• Allocates resources and optimizes resource availability to align with area objectives and annual segment priorities
• Develops team or business area plans, including business, operational and/or organizational priorities aligned to the strategies set for the segment
• Decisions are guided by resource availability and business area objectives
