- Drives the day-to-day design production process and handles the given content from creation to archival.
- Creates and maintains workflows to provide visibility and to ensure design, layout, and content are consistent and professional
- Drives the creation of material in time and ensures timely coverage of programs, initiatives, events
- Drives the collaboration across multiple teams to maintain the integrity of design intent, ensure high-quality output and deliver on expected timeline and scope
- Maintains relationships with external partners, such as freelancers and agencies, to support the content design needs of the company
- Provides in-depth professional knowledge and experience to integrate the latest standards and trends in design to create a world-class intuitive, and easy-to-use experience for customers
- Creates graphic materials and layouts
