Your future tasks:
- Recruitment Coordination: Coordinating the recruitment process for our clients—mostly for technical profiles.
- Strategic Lifecycle Management: Driving the full recruitment process (End to End) from initial intake with hiring managers to the offer stage for niche technical profiles (e.g. Service Engineers).
- Collaboration: Working trustfully with various interfaces, e.g., hiring departments, HR Services, and our Active Sourcers, including contact with other business units and Randstad Group subsidiaries.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring high-quality, timely staffing and a positive candidate experience.
- Consulting: Serving as the point of contact for all recruitment-related questions.
- Projects: Contributing to various projects.
Your profile:
- Background: We love diversity and look forward to meeting you, whether you have a university degree or completed vocational training.
- Experience: professional recruiter, ideally with a background in technical roles.
- People Skills: You know how to handle people—your stakeholders are satisfied with your collaboration.
- Languages: Excellent German and good English skills will help you in our international organization.
- Attributes: A professional demeanor, organizational talent, and team spirit.
- Mindset: You are proactive, not reactive. You have a proven ability to manage high workloads without losing quality and are comfortable driving the process forward.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites approximately every two weeks for on-site interview support.
