As a global r-one learning consultant, you are a key player in delivering a successful learning journey for end-users in r-one, our new front-office solution, one which will be the enabler to make your work more efficient and inspiring. In this role you will encompass a wide range of responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition to r-one and after go live. This entails creating global content from a culture, behavior, process and system perspective. You will therefore work closely together with build experts as well as your local counterparts. Your technical proficiency is also beneficial for setting up all learning tools in the correct way. Swiftly switching between technical details and end-user impact, adjusting to cultural diversity and continuously prioritizing your work due to changing circumstances is crucial to excel in this position.

TEG is a group of about 120 employees in Global IT, who work on various programs and projects. The functional day to day guidance of the TEG individual is managed with the program/project, TEG is the homebase. In TEG we take care about your personal growth, your HR, your Great Conversations and your training. TEG is organized by communities of practice. Each community is built upon a certain area of expertise. The learning role is part of the implementation & change management community of practice. Besides the HR function captured within the community of practice, it is also an inspiring place to be and to learn, engage, collaborate with peers in Randstad (local & global) within your specific area of expertise.
