- Manages the day-to-day digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring that they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with organization's marketing guidelines (either internally with the team or with external partners)
- Implements search engine optimization (organic performance) strategies, managing keyword research, content optimization, while tracking performance metrics and reporting results to senior management
- Creates, manages, and monitors digital marketing campaigns to ensure they are effective and meet KPIs
- Manages digital marketing best practice adoption and system standardization within the team
- Contributes to team plans by guiding in the preparation of reports, analyses, and recommendations aimed at enhancing the performance of the channels, improving data quality, and optimizing online content
- Implements search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search campaigns optimizations, while tracking performance metrics and reporting results to senior management
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations, such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in all digital marketing activities
- Continuously monitors advancements in marketing technology, such as leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize digital marketing efforts. For example, applies AI-powered tools to enhance clients and talents segmentation, personalize marketing campaigns, and predict clients and talents behavior, ensuring cutting-edge strategies drive measurable results.
