As an MSP Specialist, you will serve as the engine driving the day-to-day execution, administration, and operational support for our enterprise Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs and strategic client partnerships. In this high-visibility role, you will bridge the gap between clients, vendor partners, and contingent workers to ensure seamless, compliant, and cost-effective workforce operations. Success is directly measured by operational speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction; therefore, successful candidates must be process-driven, possess a strong service mindset, and demonstrate superior communication skills. Your ultimate focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service with a relentless attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
● Supplier and hiring manager engagement activities
● Interview scheduling and meeting coordination support
● Fulfillment process compliance and Vendor Management System administration
● Pre-employment onboarding support and tracking for Suppliers
● Critical thinking, problem solving, resourcefulness and excellent customer service
● Timely response to all client and supplier calls and/or communications
● Create process improvements/recommendations as needed
● Other duties as assigned

Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Procurement, or an equivalent discipline is highly preferred. 

Work Experience:
● 2+ years of hands-on experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Vendor Management System (VMS) administration,
● Agency staffing recruitment, or contingent workforce operations. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• VMS & Enterprise Tech Mastery: Direct experience navigating and managing workflows within tier-one VMS platforms specifically SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa/Workday, or IQNavigator.
• Office & Productivity Tools: Advanced proficiency in both Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) for fast-paced async collaboration and document management.
• Data Literacy & Analysis: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities (e.g., VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, data validation) to audit bill rates, track headcount, and reconcile timecards.
• Process Discipline & Audit Rigor: Exceptional organizational habits with relentless attention to detail—catching compliance gaps, rate-card discrepancies, or worker paperwork errors before they reach the client.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Clear, professional written and verbal skills to manage relationships across a three-way matrix: client hiring managers, staffing supplier reps, and internal account leaders.
• Problem-Solving Under Pressure: Ability to prioritize and execute across high-volume daily request queues (requisitions, onboarding tickets, extensions, offboarding) while maintaining tight SLA deadlines.
• Customer Focus & Service Excellence: Strong customer focus and customer service skills, dedicated to delivering an outstanding and proactive experience to all partners.
• Interpersonal & Multilevel Collaboration: Possess strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interact and communicate confidently with all levels of staff and management.
• Judgment & Adaptability: Ability to apply sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues, often with limited standardization.
• Continuous System Improvement: Detail-oriented with a profound concern for quality, demonstrated by continually initiating and recommending system and process improvements.
• Critical Thinking & Analytics: Demonstrates strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to effectively evaluate complex scenarios and drive solutions.
• Autonomy & Results Orientation: Highly results-oriented with the strong time-management skills required to work collaboratively as a team or independently with minimal supervision.

The pay salary for this position range is $55,000,400 to $64,000.
