Permanent Recruitment Consultant (M/F/D)

This challenging, sales-focused role will allow you to acquire new clients, manage existing relationships, and deploy various commercial activities. If you are results-oriented and capable of juggling multiple priorities, this position is for you!

qualifications
Your Profile for Success:
- Diploma or professional training, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration or Commercial Administration, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Min. 2 years of experience in Recruitment, ideally within a placement agency or headhunting firm.
- Strong commercial aptitude focused on sales and results with a real ambition to perform and persevere.
- You have a talent for organization and an excellent sense of networking.
- Your capacity for influence and analysis allows you to know how to successfully penetrate a specific market.
- You hold a valid driver's license.
- Location: Lausanne
Languages:
- French: Native speaker
- English or German as a good knowledge a real advantage
