- Has understanding of business, financials, services, the market(s) and the needs of assigned clients. Conducts detailed reporting and deep-dive analysis to generate actionable business insights that inform client account and market pipeline decisions, focusing on enhancing Operational Talent Solutions' staffing solutions for essential roles that drive operational efficiency across various industries
- Verifies accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system. Identifies discrepancies and makes corrections to ensure consistent data quality, supporting the goal of delivering seamless client experiences and enabling efficient tracking of leads and engagements for clients in production-heavy sectors
- Prepares and organizes sales visits and presentations to pitch staffing solutions, service offerings, and tailored combination packages to complex clients across various industries, showcasing the value of specialized recruitment expertise in placing skilled talent to meet clients' unique operational demands
- Understands clients' and prospects specific business needs and applies industry knowledge to meet those needs by tailoring recruitment services effectively. Maps out the competitive landscape and identifies opportunities for new business, with a focus on how Operational Talent Solutions can provide specialized staffing solutions for essential operational roles
- Identifies and develops new short-term transactional business through networking and follow-up calls, within territory or industry of focus, establishing Operational Talent Solutions' presence in target markets such as logistics, manufacturing, supply chain and warehousing where operational staffing needs are often urgent
- Participates in networking events, conferences and seminars within the assigned industry to reach prospective clients
- Collaborates with account management teams within the specialization to open opportunities for selling new products. Maintains appropriate contact, both vertically and horizontally, for each account, building strong relationships, whilst facilitating the suitable level of field contact
- Driving sign ups according to the pricing framework, Inputs to monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales forecasts based on pipeline activity and client discussions, reporting progress and projected revenues to senior management
