- Manages IT access requests and user provisioning, ensuring compliance with access control policies and procedures. Conducts periodic access reviews, identifies and addresses access issues, and collaborates with IT teams to improve access management processes
- Contributes to the testing, integration and configuration of enterprise-wide network segments, software, systems or applications with impact on business operations. Coordinates releases to ensure effective deployment to the production environment, and follows up with development team on any failures, tracking problems to their conclusion/resolution
- Advises business users and supports on issues of high complexity for responsible services and systems and escalates complex issues where necessary. Acts as an informal resource for more junior staff
- Guides maintenance and supporting activities to ensure their availability in line with business needs, while contributing to the documentation of key processes and the development of support protocols
- Performs regular analyses for management on system specifications, usage, functionality and related performance metrics. Identifies trends and opportunities for improvement
