• Collaborates with IT Architecture, IT Functional & Process Designers and IT Business Partners to understand requirements and translates them into comprehensive design specifications, using best practices and precedents, under minimum supervision of more senior team members
• Actively contributes to the implementation of standards, methods, features and logic for software with medium impact on business operations, ensuring alignment with business strategies and specifications
• Takes a lead role in coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting tasks throughout the development process based on experience and precedent
• Organizes the delivery of high-quality solution or infrastructure deliverables, setting project timelines and continuously reviewing and updating the specifications, in line with business requirements
• Maintains proper documentation of software design and works with IT Functional & Process Designers to design and implement solution to meet architecture standards
• May contribute to the defined development roadmap. Assesses how new technology developments can be incorporated and may improve upon the current architecture and development efficiency
