- Advises stakeholders on the design and implementation of approved talent strategy, systems, and programs
- Performs analysis of relevant talent metrics and uncovers trends by gathering and analysing talent data
- Ensures consistent interpretation of talent policies and provides training to Human Resources and the business
- Conducts benchmarking, research and analysis on the design and implementation of leading practice and processes in talent management areas
- Provides input into and updates talent standards and policies
- Develops training methods and materials
- Curates talent communications and content, ensuring the delivery of communications consistent with group standards Grade Descriptor
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic understanding of related disciplines
- Solves a range of problems through applying technical and/or functional experience and guided by precedents
- May lead small projects or project steps within a broader project
- Works independently, receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems
- Provides support and guidance to team members
- Impacts quality and effectiveness of customer, operational, project/program or service activities within own team and other related teams
