You will onboard new hires, upskill existing employees, andensure strict process adherence and compliance across our operations.Training Delivery & Assessment● New Hire Training: Facilitate engaging and comprehensive process training sessions fornew hires within your designated global region.● Cross-Training & Refreshers: Deliver cross-training across different LOBs as businessneeds dictate, and conduct regular refresher sessions to keep existing employeesup-to-date.● Knowledge Assessments: Design, administer, and evaluate Process Knowledge Tests(PKTs) to ensure high levels of comprehension and readiness.Performance Analysis & Improvement● Gauge Efficacy: Conduct regular performance analyses to measure the effectiveness oftraining programs on operational metrics.● Identify Gaps: Proactively identify knowledge gaps and report non-performances toreporting authorities and relevant stakeholders.● Drive Solutions: Formulate and suggest targeted training interventions and coachingplans to improve overall team performance and quality.Documentation & Content Management● Maintain Materials: Take ownership of all training documentation, ensuring it is accurate,engaging, and consistently updated.● SOP Management: Act swiftly to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)whenever clients suggest changes, additions, or process refinements.Stakeholder Collaboration & Global Alignment● Active Participation: Represent the training department in team meetings with bothinternal and external stakeholders.● Global Synergy: Collaborate closely with a network of global trainers across APAC,EMEA, NAM, and LATAM to share insights, align strategies, and standardize bestpractices.● Agile Execution: Maintain a high level of agility to adapt to rapid business changes andquickly action ad-hoc training or reporting requests.Qualifications & Skills● Experience: 2 years of experience in RPO process training, facilitation, or Learning &Development role, preferably within a global or multi-region environment.● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability topresent complex information clearly to diverse audiences.● Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, andtranslate them into actionable training interventions.● Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in an agile environment, managing ad-hocrequests with a sense of urgency, apart from stakeholder management, groupfacilitation, and quality auditing.● Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with globalpeers, operations managers, and external clients.● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with creating and updating SOPs, training materials,and utilizing LMS (Learning Management Systems) or presentation software.Is this the job for you?
