- Researches and understands external market for basic talent profiles for the areas supported including brands, cultures and title structures
- Supports TA by understanding the specific needs and requirements of open roles, specifically supports tactical, non communicative sourcing and long listing
- Qualifies head hunted profiles, resumes and job applications to longlist candidates that meet job requirement and qualifications of the assigned vacancy JD
- Identifies potential candidates on professional networks
- Prepares candidate profiles and recommendations for TA colleagues at besic unified job profiles
Grade Description
- Requires full proficiency in a range of processes, procedures and systems or specific skills in a single area
- Provides informal guidance and support to more junior team members
- Exercises discretion based on practice and existing procedures; receives guidance in moderately complex situations
- Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
