Acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead intelligence discussions for major regional accounts, translating complex talent landscapes into actionable strategic recommendations that provide our clients with a measurable competitive advantage. In this role, you will serve as the regional authority on APAC labor dynamics, equipping account teams with the intelligence needed to solve complex talent scarcity challenges. You will act as a catalyst for change, moving beyond data delivery to proactively challenge client assumptions and transform market complexities into a clear, strategic roadmap for success.Specific role responsibilitiesAs a Senior Client Partner, you are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your own pipeline and priorities to drive the following outcomes:● Lead high-level intelligence discussions and presentations for clients, acting as the indispensable partner for industry-specific insights. You will challenge clients by translating raw data into strategic narratives that address "the problem behind the question". Act as the primary intelligence partner for regional Client Service Directors (CSDs) and sales leads. You are responsible for managing your own pipeline of projects and identifying opportunities to upsell intelligence services that drive account growth.● Translate complex client business challenges into clear intelligence briefs for Data Consultants. You will oversee the visualization of data into high-standard, digestible content and create the "so-what" narrative that explains exactly what the data means for the customer’s specific business context.● Demonstrate and articulate an in-depth knowledge of the talent landscape across all APAC countries, including labor market dynamics, competitor activity, and supply/demand trends.● Actively contribute to the design and continuous improvement of our intelligence offerings. This includes identifying gaps in current services, proposing new research approaches or report formats, and collaborating globally to enhance service delivery based on client feedback.Education ● University/Post GraduateExperience & knowledge● Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; the ability to simplify complex data sets into compelling, actionable insights.● Proven track record of presenting to and influencing senior executive-level stakeholders in an international environment.● A strong affinity for data with the ability to critically analyze outputs, identify potential flaws, and derive strategic implications.● Deep understanding of specialized industry challenges and the ability to connect talent data to broader business objectives. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, from initial request analysis to final delivery● Significant proven experience in talent research, talent sourcing, or talent intelligence.● Demonstrated experience managing and influencing within a complex matrix environment.● Comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment industry is mandatory.
