This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office and two days working from Paris.
Your Role & Impact
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, champion internal mobility, and deliver high-impact sourcing strategies. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and supporting Euroclear’s growth with top-tier talent. While your primary focus will be recruitment for Euroclear France, you may also contribute to hiring efforts across other Euroclear locations. This role is based in Paris and part of a global HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment: Manage sourcing, selection, and onboarding while staying ahead of market trends, location strategies, and inclusive hiring practices.
Partner with Hiring Managers: Understand team needs, advise on talent strategy, and support the successful integration of new hires.
Collaborate on compensation: Work with HR Advisors and Business Partners to define competitive packages and negotiate employment terms.
Build talent pipelines: Develop internal and external pools for future hiring across Operations, IT, Product, and Commercial divisions etc.
Promote employer branding: Partner with communications to run local recruitment campaigns that boost Euroclear’s visibility and attract top talent.
Foster strong HR collaboration: Work closely with the French HR team and global HR functions including Recruitment Support, Sourcing Centre, HR Operations, Payroll, and HR IT.
Champion internal mobility: Support cross-functional transfers, redeployment, and upskilling/reskilling initiatives aligned with organizational transformation.
Ensure data integrity: Use Oracle Recruit Cloud to maintain accurate recruitment data for reporting and analytics.
Contribute to global projects: Participate in initiatives related to AI, technology, campus recruitment, and more.
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including in-house recruiting.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
Comfortable with administrative tasks and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven experience recruiting across various business areas and geographies, ideally within EMEA.
Expertise in sourcing tools and hiring methodologies.
Experience in large, global, matrixed organizations.
Solid understanding of internal mobility frameworks and organizational change. •
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including remote collaboration.
Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, customer focus, and a results-driven mindset. • Collaborative and supportive team player.
