- Acts as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client requests and ensures SLAs are met.
- Monitors service delivery, escalates issues, and coordinates resolution with delivery teams.
- Prepares regular client reports, KPIs, and review materials for performance discussions.
- Analyses client demand trends and works with recruiters to ensure proactive talent pipelines.
- Identifies opportunities for additional services or upselling within existing accounts.
- Manages contract compliance and ensures accurate invoicing and reporting.
- Organizes quarterly review meetings and captures agreed actions.
