- Becomes an active member of operational talent solutions account teams within a market, assists with negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments, gaining experience of being point of contact for local Operational Talent Solutions clients. May manage part of a local account. Applies working knowledge of the business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus
- Conducts research on client industries, competitors, and market trends to provide insights for client meetings in the recruitment of temporary and permanent operational roles staffing solutions
- Conducts client research to identify short-term or medium-term deal opportunities to increase satisfaction and wallet share and remain informed on industry trends in one of the areas of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, supervision and industrial management, call and contact centre, hospitality and events and retail
- Collaborates with clients' hiring managers to understand needs, pain points and objectives, positioning Operational Talent Solutions to address clients' challenges and deliver value by emphasizing quick scalability and cost-effectiveness
- Prepares and conducts presentations, together with more senior colleagues, supports negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities for recruitment of temporary and permanent operational roles
- Identifies potential risks within operational client accounts, such as declining satisfaction or service delivery challenges in terms of time and efficiency, and proposes mitigation strategies to the internal team to resolve client complaints or issues and ensuring client satisfaction is restored
- Cultivates, maintains and strengthens relationships with operational client stakeholders such as department managers to drive satisfaction and ensure operational client retention
- Acting as the intermediary between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of recruitment and operations thereby strengthening the partnership with the client, promote EW growth over assigned base, mining of new jobs in, focus on MIPs (Margin Improvement Plans) and ensure high customer satisfaction scores
