- Becomes an active member of Professional Talent Solutions teams within a market, assists with negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments. May manage part of a local account. Applies working knowledge of the business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus
- Conducts research on client industries, competitors, and market trends to provide insights for client meetings in the areas of engineering, IT, finance, healthcare, HR, education, legal, marketing & communications
- Conducts client research to identify opportunities to increase satisfaction and wallet share and remain informed on industry trends
- Collaborates with clients' hiring managers to understand needs, pain points and objectives, positioning Professional Talent Solutions to address clients' challenges and deliver value
- Prepares and conducts presentations, together with more senior colleagues, supports negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities for recruitment of management and specialist positions
- Identifies potential risks within client accounts, such as declining satisfaction or service delivery challenges, and proposes mitigation strategies to the internal team to resolve client complaints or issues and ensuring client satisfaction is restored
- Acting as the intermediary between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of recruitment and operations thereby strengthening the partnership with the client, promote EW growth over assigned base, mining of new jobs in, focus on MIPs (Margin Improvement Plans) and ensure high customer satisfaction scores
