Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Definition: Collaborate with PMs/POs to translate product roadmaps into technical data requirements for the engineering team.
BigQuery & SQL Skills: Query large datasets to identify user behavior trends, perform gap analysis, and validate data integrity.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the "data translator" between non-technical stakeholders and developers, ensuring everyone is aligned on objectives.
Strategic Problem Solving: Identify friction points in the user journey and propose data-driven solutions to improve product performance.
Self-Sufficient Execution: Own the analytical lifecycle from initial discovery and requirements gathering to final documentation and post-launch validation.
Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Expertise: Proficiency in BigQuery (SQL) is a must. You should be comfortable handling complex joins and nested fields.
Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
Analytical Mindset: Experience in product analytics (e.g., funnel analysis, retention modeling, A/B testing frameworks).
Independence: A "figure-it-out" attitude. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects forward without constant oversight.
Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker preferred) and project management software (Jira/Confluence).
