Job Title: Senior Specialist – Digital Marketing (Bilingual: English/Spanish)
Experience Level: 6-7+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time
About the RoleWe are looking for a powerhouse Principal Specialist – creative design who thrives on turning massive amounts of data, complex narratives, and technical research into stunning, highly digestible visual stories.
This isn't a role for a generalist. We need an editorial master who understands the nuances of text-heavy layout, specifically within Spanish-language and bilingual design frameworks. You will be the creative lead behind our flagship annual research reports. If you possess a borderline-obsessive eye for typography, a passion for data visualization, and the ability to maintain flawless brand consistency across a 100-page Spanish document, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Own the editorial pipeline: Lead the end-to-end design and layout of long-form, complex documents, including annual reports, research whitepapers, and investor decks tailored for Spanish-speaking and international markets.
Translate data into visual stories: Partner with researchers, translation teams, and data analysts to transform intricate datasets into clear, compelling infographics and charts.
Master typographic nuances: Establish robust grid systems and typographic hierarchies that account for Spanish text expansion (which typically requires 15–25% more space than English) without sacrificing aesthetic excellence.
Manage end-to-end production: Oversee projects from initial wireframing through to final pre-flight print production and interactive digital output (accessible, localized PDFs).
Champion accessibility: Ensure all digital reports comply with modern accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA compliance) for global audiences.
Design 360° Brand Assets: Beyond report layout, create a wide range of marketing and corporate assets, including social media toolkits, web banners, presentation templates, email marketing visuals, and event/webinar branding materials.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)Experience: 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a heavy portfolio focus on multi-page editorial layout and complex report design.
Language Proficiency: Native or professional working proficiency in Spanish and English. You must understand Spanish hyphenation rules, grammar structures, and formatting conventions (e.g., currency and number formatting variations).
The Adobe Holy Trinity: Masterful, lightning-fast proficiency in Adobe InDesign (advanced GREP styles, master pages, and multi-language layers are your second language), Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Information Architecture Skills: A proven ability to organize dense, text-heavy information so that it is logical, scannable, and engaging for the reader.
Production Savvy: Deep understanding of print production as well as digital publishing (interactive PDFs, digital-first editorial layouts).
Bonus Points If You Have:Experience managing translation workflows or using localized design templates.
Experience working with digital publication platforms (e.g., Ceros, Foleon, or Turtl).
Background in corporate sustainability (ESG), NGO, or financial reporting sectors.
Why You’ll Love Working HereAutonomy & Impact: You won't just be executing someone else's brief; you will have a seat at the table to shape how our brand communicates its most important global stories.
Competitive Compensation: [Insert Salary Range] + comprehensive benefits package.
Growth Culture: We invest in our team’s continuous learning, from design conferences to advanced software training.
