Role Overview
The Financial and Business Data Support Analyst plays a critical, detail-oriented support role within the FP&A Corporate team. This role is highly business-oriented, requiring a solid understanding of financial processes and operational KPIs to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting output.
The primary responsibility is to guarantee the accuracy, reconciliation, and timely delivery of key financial and market data, which is essential for Monday morning reporting, month-end closing, and business reviews. This position demands a high degree of reliability, a methodical approach to process execution, and a zero-tolerance for critical errors.
Key Responsibilities
The analyst will be responsible for a critical portfolio of highly recurring tasks, including data production, reconciliation, and reporting support:
Financial Reporting and Business Analysis
Business Review /Snapshot: Monthly update of the business review (P&L and main KPI) with multiple periodic views (monthly, quarterly, YTD, and FY)
Closing Analysis Support : Monthly update of closing analyses supports such as Gross Margin (GM) % bridge, PEX analysis, specialization report and Bridging Statement supports.
Template stats and input in tagetik holding : Monthly update of the stats template for the actuals and FC for Randstad, Select and Opus. Upload (and check) the stats via ETL into tagetik holding
Data Production, Reconciliation, and BI Management :
ABFS Management : Data collection, production, and reconciliation of BI data related to ABFS (EW, FTE, Talent Centers, Market data), including post-production data controls and follow up with the BI team
IH Credoc & Side/Atoll Update: Update MSTR database with weekly market indicators (Credoc Prism) and IH estimates (Side/Atoll) to enable Monday morning reporting. Requires next-day data control
Market Trend Data Control : Update and verify data for Market Trend files (EFP, Credoc, Dares). Manage graphics and RASCO Microstrategy (MSTR) dashboards
2026 Qualification Mapping : Extract new "Osmose" qualifications and map them to the corresponding RASCO/ISCO codes after the MSTR month-end closes.
Financial and Reporting Administration
Tagetik (NL and FR) Reporting & Technical Systems Support : manage the complete financial reporting lifecycle using the Tagetik platform, which includes data extraction, consolidation, submission of financial plans (Forecasts/Budget) to the Group, on-demand reporting, ETL system maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Insee Reporting (Randstad Select) : Update Insee reporting files following the official MSTR month-end closing
Treasury & Litigation Support : Update three separate financial "états trésorerie" (treasury statements) and generate the required reports for the legal/litigation department
Fill out the drive with the monthly 182-day data for the credit department : Monthly input into google drive of the bad debts (182 days) monthly figures for the credit department
Extract report for the credit department (CA) : One file to extract from our BI tool (MSTR) and to send to the credit department
182d provision month-end landing : 4 times per month, update a bad debt analysis with comparisons vs last month and last forecast
Key Competencies
Experience: Mid-level Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or business analysis support role.
Mindset: Exceptionally methodical, detailed-oriented, and reliable with a strong focus on data accuracy and precision.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate the business and financial context of data being processed to ensure integrity, relevance, and accurate interpretation for reporting.
Work Ethic: Proven ability to adhere to strict execution timelines and manage tasks that may require execution outside of standard French operational hours.
Education & Other Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
Bachelor’s degree in commerce
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in FP&A
Strong command of MS Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, database management).
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools, specifically Microstrategy (MSTR).
Experience with Google Drive environments (sheets, slides).
Experience with financial systems like Tagetik is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timings in CET: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Shift Timings in IST: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Daily Hours: 9 hours per day (includes 1 hour of break each day)
