- Conducts initial candidate screening, shortlists potential candidates and interacts with potential candidates
- Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates for both current and future hiring needs
- Ensures consistent coordination and keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) compliant with data protection regulatory requirements
- Meets defined key performance indicators.
- Provides stakeholders with market analysis via LI Talent insights (+ other insight and data tools) and educating stakeholders around market opportunity Grade Description
- Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
- Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers
