- Collects and consolidates HR data from various sources to simplify the sources of people data provided to the organisation
- Maintains and supports detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce trends, performance and future needs
- Ensures data accuracy and consistency by validating data from relevant sources against global standards and models
- Maintains data structures and configurations, ensuring data accuracy through regular audits, and fosters a data-driven culture by promoting system adoption
- Ensures data processes, standards, and best practices are documented and followed, contributing to the overall data integrity and compliance
- Ensures adherence to data privacy regulations and standards, proactively identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks
- Supports user testing, resolves HR data issues, and assists with data requests, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data through any system updates Grade Descriptor
- Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
- Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers
- Performs a range of assignments related to discipline
