role purpose
The process manager is responsible for supporting a specific group of Randstad clients and onsite
teams with client specific projects, creating and managing complex reporting and design, improving
and reviewing workflow and process. The Process Manager does this by engaging both with clients
and account management teams to actively work on projects and ensure current reporting structures
are adhered to. They are responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality of the service to
our clients.

Partnering with the National Account Manager the Process Manager will reference the strategic plan
of Randstad Australia to determine priorities, set plans for projects and programs and leverage the
resources of integrated teams.
With a core focus on Key Account client onboarding and retention the Process Manager will play a key
role in analysis of information from a wide range of internal and external sources to ensure that we
are efficient, productive and well placed to meet our business objectives.
Effective communication and engagement of key stakeholders will be critical to ensure that there is
buy in and ownership of the execution of these initiatives.

● Lead and manage all resources effectively to achieve national Amazon reporting, compliance,
administrative requirements
Recruitment & Workforce management
● Assist with recruitment activities during hiring periods - screening, selection, placement
● Work with the Resourcing team leader to develop and improve recruitment workflow process
● Ensure that daily workforce management tasks are completed by the administration team -
rostering, booking, candidate care, payroll issues etc
● Provide general support and coverage for resourcing and onsite teams when required - ie
leave coverage or when additional resourcing across any team is required
reporting
● Responsible for existing reporting across both client account and Randstad internal
● Ensuring all client reporting requirements are adhered to
● Responsible for ongoing maintenance and review of reporting, audit reports and general
support for the account management team
● Work together with the site teams on tracking and reporting daily/weekly/monthly metrics as
required by client
● Design and implement new/additional client reporting functions
● Work closely with client and site teams to review and improve reporting/compliance gaps
● Provide key metrics and data to key account/s in the form of spreadsheets, presentations and
technology dashboards
● Ensure data integrity of internal reporting and tracking tools

experience
The Process Manager has proven experience of developing relationships at all levels. She/he also has
a wide-ranging skill-set in business process management, data, systems and technology. Previous
experience working with a business analyst, workforce analyst or process manager role required.

with internal and external stakeholders. They will have exceptional communication skills, both written

The ideal candidate should feel comfortable to effectively work and communicate at all levels, with
