• Reviews and shortlists candidate CVs to present the most qualified candidates to clients; Conducts interviews to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience against the job requirements
• Administers candidate assessments, tests, or technical evaluations as required by the client, ensuring timely completion and review to fulfill (high-volume) Digital clients' staffing needs; Organizes job postings on various platforms and local job boards, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned with client's needs
• Prepares candidates for client interviews by providing company background information, interview tips, and role expectations for vacancies at Digital clients
• Utilizes multiple sourcing methods, including social media, job fairs, and networking events, to identify potential candidates for various roles available in client's organization
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements accurately
• Facilitates debrief meetings with hiring managers to discuss candidates job-fit and company-fit and make informed hiring decisions
• Maintains regular communication with candidates and manages the overall candidate experience by providing updates on the application status, next steps, offer and onboarding processGrade Descriptor
• Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
• Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers
• Performs a range of assignments related to discipline
• Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; may provide informal guidance to new team members
• Impacts quality and effectiveness of own team and may impact other closely related work teams whose activities are interdependent
