• Evaluates screened blue-collar candidates and formulates a decision on whether to proceed on to the next steps in the placement process
• Works closely with business, talent acquisition and human resources leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment through all aspects of the recruitment funnel, focusing on short-term development and career conversations
• Keeps abreast of latest recruitment sources and channels for reaching out to the targeted candidates, focusing on both online and offline candidate engagement strategies
• Develops and maintains an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in, such as logistics, call & contact centers, retail, and hospitality and events
• Handles escalated candidate and client issues, focusing on small- and mid-sized client needs
• Develops and maintains relationships with blue-collar candidates, and seeks referrals of other candidates, particularly for temporary workers. Ensures a positive experience throughout the placement process
• Prepares CVs and write-ups with accurate descriptions of candidate skills, tailored to emphasize their fit for blue-collars roles, to forward to consultantsGrade Descriptor
• Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
• Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers
• Performs a range of assignments related to discipline
• Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; may provide informal guidance to new team members
• Impacts quality and effectiveness of own team and may impact other closely related work teams whose activities are interdependent
