Senior Talent Advisor

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Executive Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior directors, balancing both proactive sourcing and sophisticated talent acquisition.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, managing expectations and providing strategic insights throughout the hiring process.
Operational Autonomy: Demonstrate high levels of resilience and independence while navigating a complex, evolving organizational environment.
Market Expertise: Pivoting between high-level demand planning and granular technical searches, challenging hiring managers with market realities, and navigating the nuances of different international markets.

Strategic Mindset Requirement

Non-Linear Thinking: You are a non-linear thinker capable of identifying talent that aligns with long-term strategic objectives beyond standard volume recruitment.
Immediate Impact: You are autonomous, resilient, and ready to deliver results from day one in a high-stakes environment managing senior hires.

Logistics & Benefits

Work Environment: This is a fully remote position.
Geographic Focus: Initial focus on UK stakeholders, with potential future opportunities to support EMEA regions.
