- Contributes to client account teams on operational talent solutions, gaining experience of being a point of contact for local Operational Talent Solutions clients. Develops a general understanding of business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus
- Creates sales presentations using market trends and case studies within clients' industries, focusing on temporary and permanent operational roles staffing solutions
- Provides responses to senior colleagues on clients' inquiries, supports operational client activities and engagement, contributes to client satisfaction and contributes to client retention
- Handles operational client and candidate data in compliance with data protection regulations
- Prepares performance and status reports for operational clients, summarizing key recruitment activities, progress, and candidate submissions of recruitment of temporary and permanent operational roles
- Helps resolve operational client complaints or issues, ensuring client satisfaction is restored - typically behind the scenes or when non-complex directly with hiring managers
