Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Definition: Collaborate with PMs/POs/BAs to translate product roadmaps into technical data requirements for the development team.
Salesforce: Knowledge of Salesforce design, knowledge of lighting application, understanding architecture, database manipulation and knowledge of CRMA.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the "data translator" between non-technical stakeholders and developers, ensuring everyone is aligned on objectives.
Strategic Problem Solving: Identify friction points in the user journey and propose data-driven solutions to improve product performance.
Self-Sufficient Execution: Own the analytical lifecycle from initial discovery and requirements gathering to final documentation and post-launch validation.
Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce is a must. Basic knowledge of SQL queries
Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
Analytical Mindset: Experience in product analytics (e.g., data conceptions and story telling).
Independence: A "figure-it-out" attitude. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with the Lead Data Analyst in driving projects forward with minimal oversight from Lead DA.
Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau), project management software (Jira/Confluence), vast knowledge in the Agile Framework.
