About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, management, and support of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our business. You will play a crucial part in optimizing our sales and service processes, driving user adoption, and implementing new features. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and customize the Salesforce platform, including user profiles, roles, and permissions. Configure and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules. Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics. Train and support end-users on Salesforce best practices and new features. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and technical problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new functionalities. QualificationsProven experience as a Salesforce Administrator. In-depth understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration. Experience with data management, reporting, and dashboard creation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
