The Developer, Intelligent Automation (IA) will
identify and resolve requirements gaps, after transition to developer from intake
design, develop, test, deliver, and support/enhance automated solutions to drive process improvements
This role requires the natural application of LEAN, AGILE and other business analysis methodologies in alignment with IA, RPA and other technologies to meet the strategic objectives of the organization
This includes:
following standard SDLC (proper assessment, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, delivery, and ongoing support) to build automated solutions for business problems or processes
delivering or organizing training / knowledge sharing
performing code reviews and mentoring/supporting other developers
Adhering to and maintaining governance and controls for the developer
supporting the Global Intelligent Automation (IA) relationship on strategy, vision, communication, networking and collaboration on content of Global Google Site/Community.
The Intelligent Automation (IA) Developer will adhere to IA governance guidelines, policies and procedures. This position will be exposed to multiple tools for process optimization and automation, to be leveraged as needed.

The Intelligent Automation (IA) Developer will be supervised by the IA Senior Manager. The IA Developer will not have any direct reports but will be responsible for mentoring Intelligent Automation (IA) Champions.
