- Supports the development, documentation and implementation of projects in line with organization policies and strategies
- Contributes to the development of project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements and monitors these from project initiation through completion
- Supports with issue escalations and identifies project risks, dependencies and project changes, ensuring timely intervention and communication to senior colleagues, escalating where appropriate
- Involves and engages team in the delivery of sub-projects, delivering on time, within budget and to agreed quality criteria
- Monitors project progress and budget against agreed quality and performance criteria through tracking project expenditures and status and sharing progress reports and performance metrics, providing all necessary information to enable well-informed decision making
- Involves and engages team members, and develops business / client relationships, handling problems and issues and collecting and disseminating relevant information
- Supports the definition, documentation and execution of small projects or sub-projects, agreeing and reviewing project approach, engagement and communications plans, and quality and performance criteria with project partners
