- Conducts data analysis to support the development of reward programs
- Prepares reports and ensures visibility of the performance of local or market assigned rewards programs
- Assists compensation review processes across the organization for the assigned geography
- Advises on reward related inquiries and policy questions and recommends courses of action for straightforward reward issues
- Ensures employee data records are properly maintained including actioning, expediting changes, and conducting data audits
- Facilitates day-to-day vendor interactions, including resolving issues and continuously improving the effectiveness of plan administration
- Assists in developing and implementing reward communications
