Specialist, Talent Management, OTS (100%)
In this role your responsibilities include the following:
- End-to-end Administration: Managing the entire employee life cycle, from seamless onboarding and contract management to offboarding.
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintaining HR master data with high precision to ensure full compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Stakeholder Support: Acting as a reliable partner for line managers, providing guidance and administrative support in all personnel-related matters.
- Multilingual Communication: Ensuring smooth and professional communication in English and French with our international stakeholders.
- KPI Achievement: Actively contributing to the team’s success by supporting the reach of defined HR Key Performance Indicators.
- Continuous Improvement: Driving the evolution of our HR landscape by actively participating in the standardization, optimization, and automation of HR processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a people-oriented service function; career changers with strong HR affinity are welcome.
- Strong focus on candidate management, onboarding, and ongoing employee support.
- Ability to work closely with on-site client stakeholders in a trusted partnership model.
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.
- High level of interpersonal skills, discretion, and stakeholder management capability.
- Fluency in French and a good level of English. German is an advantage.
