- Develops compelling job descriptions and specifications to improve the attraction and matching of qualified candidates
- Organizes job postings on various platforms and local job boards, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned with client's needs
- Conducts interviews to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience against the job requirements
- Sources candidates globally by leveraging recruitment software, databases, social media or referrals within own professional network to find suitable talents for Digital clients
- Initiates regular market analysis to stay up-to-date labour market trends and hiring practices
- Collaborates with clients to shortlisted successful candidates, manages the full candidate experience, including the offer and onboarding process
- Provides updated recruitment reports and candidate pipeline analysis to clients and internal management
