Emphasis is on accuracy, consistency and outstanding customer service.Operations Specialist Responsibilities: Supplier and hiring manager engagement activitiesAudits performance and Report creation Interview scheduling and meeting coordination supportFulfillment process compliance and Vendor Management System administrationPre-employment onboarding support and tracking for SuppliersCollaborate on special projectsCritical thinking, problem solving, resourcefulness and excellent customer serviceTimely response to all client and supplier calls and/or communicationsCreate process improvements/recommendations as neededInvoice creation/presentation Other duties as assigned Education:High school diploma or equivalent requiredWork Experience:2-5 years of experience in a Customer Service production setting requiredPrevious experience in staffing related industry preferredVNDLY experience required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Google SuiteStrong Excel and Google software skills Strong customer focus and customer service skillsExcellent organizational, and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills Ability to apply sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues, often with limited standardization Possess strong problem solving skillsDetail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvementsResults orientedAbility to work as a team or with minimal supervisionAbility to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and managementDemonstrates critical thinking, analytical and problem solving abilitiesIs this the job for you?
