In addition, they will act as the first level of support for inquiries on matters such as requisitions, candidate matching, supplier queries, and vendor management system (VMS) queries. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating job intake calls between suppliers and hiring managers to ensure alignment of hiring needs.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the hiring manager's requirements for each role.
• Entering requisitions into the VMS on behalf of hiring managers to streamline the process.
• Liaising with suppliers when new requisitions are received and ensuring candidates are attached to the new requisitions.
• Talking to suppliers, and candidates, and guiding hiring managers as specialist and helping all parties with the front-end process.
• Ability to shortlist top candidates and share with HM
• Coordinating Interviews
• Onboarding new candidates and offboarding existing contractors, managing extension requests and updating requisitions with any new information, invoice chasers as and when.
• Responsible for cleaning VMS data, i.e. the supplier/candidate files in the VMS with the correct assignment information
• Client mailbox management
• KPI and SLA management
• Develop understanding different business lines such as staff augmentation, SOW, or an IC in order to guide the manager to the right solution and work through the entire MSP process. Must Haves-
• Recruitment / Talent Advisory background is MUST
• Ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
• Should be able to meet deadlines
• Should be able to handle work pressure / Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Relationship building skills with HMs and suppliers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel - able to maintain large spreadsheets
• Great follow up skills Good to Have-
