Successful candidates will have a strong MSP knowledge, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Create, update, and close VMS requisitions and guide hiring managers through front-end MSP processes.Coordinate pre-boarding tasks, including shortlisting, interviews, work orders, and background checks.Manage the end-to-end worker lifecycle, including onboarding, contract extensions, and offboarding.Process timesheets, expense approvals, and invoice validations in the VMS.Clean and maintain VMS data to ensure accurate supplier/candidate files and compliance records.Manage the team mailbox to promptly resolve queries from vendors and internal stakeholders.Generate basic operational reports to track worker statuses.Work Experience:2-3 years of experience in MSP/Contingent workforce requiredVNDLY experience is mandatoryKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office tools and Google SuiteStrong Excel and Google software skills Strong stakeholder managementExcellent organizational, and time management skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills Ability to apply sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues, often with limited standardization Possess strong problem solving skillsDetail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvementsResults orientedAbility to work as a team or with minimal supervisionAbility to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and managementDemonstrates critical thinking, analytical and problem solving abilitiesIs this the job for you?
