The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the industry, identifying top-tier talent for roles spanning Research & Development (R&D), Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing: Utilize specialized job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific networks to identify passive and active candidates for highly technical pharmaceutical roles.Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding.Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to department heads and hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.Candidate Experience: Facilitate a professional and transparent interview process, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensuring timely feedback.Data-Driven Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on key metrics such as time-to-hire, source quality, and conversion rates.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on the pharmaceutical industries.Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with industry-specific terminology and roles such as Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Formulation Scientists.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting).Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Is this the job for you?
