Treasury Back Office is responsible for the administration of Randstad Finance GmbH, financial reporting of this entity in the reporting system Tagetik as well providing information to Group companies regarding the financial Intercompany position of Randstad Finance GmbH with Group companies and confirmation of Financial transactions done by Treasury Front Office with banks/3rd parties . The Treasury Back Office of Randstad Finance GmbH consists of 2 persons of which 1 vacancy.
Purpose of the job:
Ensure the correct administration of Randstad Finance GmbH in accounting system Workday and subsequent reporting and analysis in the reporting system Tagetik.
Monthly providing Group companies of information regarding the Intercompany Loans, Intercompany Financial Current Accounts, Intercompany Interest and Usage Fees regarding the Financing of the Randstad Group companies. Administration is done in a multi-currency accounting environment..
Close cooperation with the Treasury Front Office Management and Manager is a must.
- Performs basic monitoring of the organization's cash flow and liquidity needs, following established guidelines to help ensure sufficient cash is available to meet operational requirements
- Supports the execution of treasury operations involving cash funds, foreign exchange transactions, and debt management. Engages primarily with internal and occasionally with external third parties, such as banks to solve non-complex treasury processes
- Demonstrates knowledge on emerging trends and treasury principles and practices, sharing insights with team members to support commercial decision making
- Supports the assessment and analysis of the organization's capital allocation to maintain an optimal balance of debt and equity. Supports the monitoring of the structural position of the balance sheet by gathering data and preparing preliminary reports to ensure the capital structure aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives
- Partners in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within area of responsibility, identifying and communicating issues and areas for improvement to team members
- Assists in the identification and management of risk by supporting the assessment and execution of controls and mitigations, raising any concerns to team members for further review
- Gathers data on potential impacts of treasury decisions and processes, assists in the development of supporting documents and concise presentations and provides insights to support team's decision-making process
