As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of key strategic accounts in the Aix-en-Provence region.
Your Responsibilities
Commercial Development & Strategic Account Management
- Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting and market analysis.
- Build and execute strategic account plans tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Understand client technological challenges and translate them into viable business opportunities.
- Lead responses to RFPs and manage contract negotiations in coordination with pre-sales, legal, and delivery teams.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders (technical, innovation, procurement, and program leads).
- Ensure regular follow-up on ongoing projects, performance KPIs, and delivery commitments.
- Foster long-term partnerships based on trust and value creation.
Internal Coordination & Delivery Oversight
- Collaborate closely with technical practices (software, cloud, data, engineering) and delivery teams.
- Participate in client steering committees and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
Your Profile
- You have a Master’s degree (engineering, business school, or equivalent – Bac +5).
- You bring 3 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a technological or engineering environment.
- You have a strong understanding of the local ecosystem in the Aix-en-Provence region.
- You demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- You have a proven ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- You are comfortable with technical environments such as embedded systems, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.
- You have a professional level of English (spoken and written).
