  • key responsibilities

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and matching top candidates to meet the needs of our prestigious clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Manage the complete candidate lifecycle: from proactive sourcing to final placement of the candidate
    • Proactively source talent using assessment tools, our database, and LinkedIn
    • Evaluate and match top candidates to client needs
    • Actively engage in client meetings to consult on market trends, clarify complex job requirements, and ensure perfect alignment on selection criteria.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, acting as the main point of contact between clients and candidates
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pool for ongoing and future client projects.
    • Drive business expansion by identifying new recruitment opportunities within existing client accounts, embodying Randstad’s values.

  • qualifications

    • Fluent in Greek and English with strong communication skills
    • 1-2 years' experience in talent acquisition or a similar customer-focused role
    • Proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for effective sourcing
    • A resilient, high-energy personality with excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a proven ability to thrive under pressure
    • Skilled in leveraging Randstad’s tech tools to optimize recruitment processes
