As an MSP Talent Advisor, you will be a key member of the Randstad Enterprise Client Account Management team, responsible for owning and growing the Managed Services Provider (MSP) program across Belgium. This role requires a highly independent professional to operate autonomously on a global beauty account. You will deliver a premium recruitment process for contingent, temporary, and contract workforces, with a specific focus on governance for blue-collar manufacturing and account management and expansion for white- and pink-collar (retail) sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Role is open in hybrid mode from Belgium. (hybrid mode - 2 per week visiting client onsite in Diegem/Oevel)
Account Management & Growth
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full MSP program across Belgium, serving as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders and handling the E2E requisition process.
- Drive Expansion:In partnership with the client, identify opportunities to bring external agency or "rogue" spend under the MSP program to increase adoption and utilization.
- Workforce Strategy: Proactively identify gaps and trends to provide specialist advice and guidance on recruitment policies and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Trusted Advisor: Forge strong relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and client leadership to act as an advisor on market dynamics and hiring trends.
- Supplier Management: Act as the main day-to-day contact for agencies and suppliers within the contract recruitment supply chain including master vendor set ups.
- Influence & Alignment: Influence stakeholders to align with MSP processes and best practices while executing periodic review meetings to report on progress and KPIs.
Program Implementation & Governance
- Build & Evolve: Support the build-out of the MSP program, including creating and optimizing workflows and structure.
- Governance & Compliance: Oversee governance for blue-collar manufacturing sites (15–20% of the role) and ensure strict compliance throughout the end-to-end recruitment process and VMS.
- Operational Oversight: Manage data capture via the SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System and serve as the escalation point for operational issues.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with US-based leadership and global teams to translate global strategy into local execution.
What You Will Need To Succeed
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in MSP, RPO, staffing, or workforce solutions.
- Skills: Proven success in account growth, stakeholder engagement, and managing new program implementations or scaling operations.
- Communication: Fluency in English is a must. You must have strong influencing skills and the ability to negotiate expectations. Dutch fluency is also preferred.
- Mindset: Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating autonomously in an evolving environment.
- Location/Travel: Ability to work in a hybrid mode in Belgium, including visiting client sites in Diegem/Oevel (approximately twice per two weeks).
