We are pipelining for Talent Advisors who might be interested joining the tech team of one of our global accounts in the future.
Location: remote Poland
What you will do:
- You will manage the recruitment process for our tech vacancies.
- Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners and senior stakeholders to support their hiring needs.
- Source top talent across EMEA.
- Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.
What we would like you to have:
- Must have IT recruitment experience
- Must have end to end recruitment experience
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
- Being proactive, autonomous.
- Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sourcing skills to cooperate closely with Sourcing Recruiters
