We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Category Manager with 5-12 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving category growth and optimizing performance within our portfolio of brands at a national level.
Responsibilities:- Manage the offer for portfolio brands at a national level.
- Conduct price benchmarking against competitors and local markets.
- Be responsible for vendor fill rates and new product launches.
- Oversee vendor management processes.
- Manage the scheduling of deliveries.
- Follow up for regular supplies.
- Focus on margin optimization to enhance profitability.
- Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 12 years of experience in category management or a related field.
- Proven ability in offer management for portfolio brands at a national level.
- Strong understanding of price benchmarking against competitors and local markets.
- Experience with vendor fill rates and new product launches.
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management.
- Experience in scheduling deliveries and following up for regular supplies.
- A track record of successful margin optimization.
- Any relevant qualification will be considered.
